In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a Tiny Tea Gift Card will be awarded.
Being that our individual ingredients are organic in nature there is a wide variance seasonally with the scent, texture and overall appearance between batches. The is normal for organic products. We do not refund on change of mind or dislike of products.
